  Tried to sell me a car that he did not own. After I gave him the money he could not produce the title and would not refund me back my money he gave me the runaround or three weeks before legal action was taken

  Over promised, Under delivered
  
  I came to this shop by the recommendation of a friend. After running over a tow hitch, my BMW undercarriage was severely damaged. Insurance claimed a check over $10K. The owner assured me he could have it done in two weeks and said he would help me with the costs. I gave him the check and was hoping this was now my go-to-guy since I recently moved back to the area. Over 6 weeks later I got the car back and had to pay him the insurance deductible on top of the check. Another several hundred dollars. Now, metal continues to grind when I cut the wheel in either direction and the motor seems to race. Low mileage car. When I wrote him about these problems I didn't get a response. Feel duped.
